Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
If you are a consumer shopping from the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the product.
How to Return an Item
To exercise your right to withdraw, please email us at hello@pawcel.eu with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, before the 14-day period expires.
After we confirm your withdrawal request, please send the item back to us within 14 days. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been used beyond simple inspection, or to items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@pawcel.eu within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
