Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
If you are a consumer shopping from the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

How to Return an Item
Email us at hello@pawcel.eu with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, before the 14-day period expires. After confirmation, send the item back within 14 days, unused and in original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact us at hello@pawcel.eu within 14 days, with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
